
Alleyne was the Marshall Allen Distinguished Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at Medical College of Georgia, Augusta University from 2007 to 2018, Residency Program Director from 2004 to 2018, and Associate Professor and Academic Vice-Chairman from 2004 to 2007. Alleyne has been providing neurosurgical care for over 27 years, and joined Piedmont Augusta back in 2018.
